All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Purchases of services, packages, vouchers, VIP balance top-ups, promotional offers, and products are not refundable after purchase, unless required by applicable law.

Appointment Changes

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as possible. We recommend contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened so we can stay on schedule for other guests. If you are significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

No-Show

If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact us, the appointment may be marked as no-show. A no-show may require rebooking approval and may affect the use of related vouchers or packages.

Online Orders

After successful online payment, order confirmations and any applicable voucher or account information may be sent by email and shown in your account.
