Voucher & VIP Balance Terms

Vouchers and Verification Codes

Some purchases may generate a voucher, verification code, or QR code. Please present the code when visiting the store. Staff may verify and redeem the code through our internal system.

Regular Vouchers

Regular service or pickup vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase unless a different term is clearly shown.

Package Vouchers

Multi-use package vouchers, such as 10-visit packages, track the remaining number of uses. Package vouchers do not expire unless a different term is clearly shown.

VIP Balance

VIP balance does not expire. Recharge amounts and promotional bonus amounts may be shown together as one usable balance in the customer’s account.

Return Visit Voucher

The Return Visit Voucher is a promotional return visit voucher. It is not cash, not a bank card, and not a general-purpose gift card. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred unless we approve it, and may be used toward an eligible future in-store service. The Return Visit Voucher expires 6 months after it is issued.

No Refunds

VIP balance purchases, service packages, promotional offers, vouchers, and related purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
